Essential information SI Hanwu, born in Jingning County of Gansu Province in 1963. He is a professor at the College of Humanities and Social Development, Northwest A&F University, asupervisor for postgraduates at Institute of Sociology and Social Work and a member of Legislative Affairs Committee in Shaanxi Province of Chinese Peasants’ and Workers’ Democratic Party. He has been prized “Excellent Teacher” in 1997 and 2011.
